These properties comprise mostly flood plains associated with the MacIntrye River and the creeks east of the Weir River.  The properties are transversed and bordered by a number of creeks including the Commoron Creek that forms part of the northern boundary and Yambacolly Creek that forms part of the southern boundary.  These properties run approximately 2,000 Angus Breeders in total.
